    There are nine rooms available to us at the Hilton Garden INN. They are reserved under my name (Richard Eshelman) confirmation # 3389068341  - They are reserved for 3 days from Friday eve (arrival date 9/3) until Sunday 9/5 with a departure date on Monday 9/6 (3 nights).
       You  will have to call them to  reserve one of the 9 rooms in your name. If you wish a different arrival and departure date you can change it then.
      Cancellations can be made up to 1 day prior to arrival.
